This is the best place to work!! I love it at The Brick and after reading some of the negative reviews I would sincerely ask that you please Get in Touch with Armindo Lopes our Owner. We had a very bad experience with this store.  Ordered living room furniture and was promised a delivery date six weeks from the date of purchase.  Several days before the scheduled delivery date I went to the store to confirm the time of delivery and was told we were "bumped" again for 3 more weeks. All without even the courtesy of a phone call.
I had arranged to have our current furniture taken away so our living room was empty.
We then received a call saying the furniture would arrive the next Saturday.  The following day another call from The Brick said the order would be delayed yet again and they had no idea who placed the call to us the previous day.
Although they had offered to bring us a "loaner" sofa until the furniture arrived we declined as we didn't want make shift furniture and the interruption of having to move furniture twice in and out of our home.
Very poor communication from The Brick that has caused us to cancel our order and purchase with success on line from another source.
In my opinion its not the mistakes that are made that count, but rather what one does to accommodate those errors...I give The Brick zero on that count!

This location is way better then Barrie.  If u must go to the brick then go here instead of the Barrie location.  I picked up a microwave here.  The price and eta to pick up were decent.

Lack of service and professionalism! And their warranty services for purchased items that are still in effect is useless!!! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS :(
