Walmart Burnaby Supercentre

I had an absolutely appalling experience at Walmart recently. One of the staff members, an older gentleman, displayed shockingly low levels of professionalism and basic human decency. His behavior was completely unacceptable. He was extremely rude and hostile towards customers, and at one point, he even seemed ready to physically assault someone. This level of aggression is utterly intolerable, especially from an employee of such a large and reputed company.nnThe situation escalated to the point where I felt it was necessary to call the police. It’s disappointing that an establishment like Walmart allows such individuals to represent their brand. I strongly advise others to be cautious when visiting this store, as this kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also potentially dangerous. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Walmart, and I hope they take immediate action to address this serious issue.

I recently had a very concerning experience at Walmart. One of the staff members, an older man exhibited an alarmingly low level of professionalism and courtesy. His behavior was quite disturbing as he was notably rude and aggressive towards customers. At one point, his demeanor became so intense that it felt as though he resort to physical confrontation. This kind of conduct is deeply troubling, especially from an employee of such a well-known and respected company.

Twice now I've mentioned to the Walmart staff they have Diesel fuel leaking all over the parking lot from their refrigerator trailer. The same trailer is back about a month later and doing it all over again.

They sell lots of good snacks including the peanut butter and grape jelly uncrustables. Even the fruit smoosh makes a great portable snack.

I go to this walmart all the time and honestly I get really good customer service. I usually don’t have a problem with this place, except for things being priced incorrectly but that does not phase me too much. But, Friday April 5th at around 1 pm this employee was being so rude to her employee in a way that was completely inappropriate. No human should be treated in such a way. When her co worker was trying to explain to her nicely how he was going to re-merchandise the candy section she kept rudely interrupting him and dismissing what he was saying and kept asking him the same question over and over again. If this lady took a second to be quiet and let her co worker talk, She probably would have heard the answer to her question instead of rudely interrupting him repeatedly. She need to be put in her place, and if she is someone of a seniority position, still she shouldn’t be talking to her co worker like that. As a Manager myself, I would never talk to my employees in such a way because i have respect for my employees and they respect me in the same way, even if there is an issue, we communicate with respect. It takes one second to be a decent human being. I am greatly disappointed to see that walmart hires people with no human decency or manner towards their other co workers.
