Walked in looking for a certain type of shoe, asked the guy what's good, he pointed to a couple shoes, took his recommendation and bought them, had them for a couple months now and they are perfect.

I have been into this location numerous times and have never had any issues with the service. The staff at this store are prompt and helpful and I always find what I am looking for. I would recommend it to others!

I hate to complain but any time I have gone into this location I never seem to get helped or even acknowledged by any staff. They all stand around the counter talking and can't even say 'Hi' or 'Can we help you?" It isn't until I go to leave that I hear 'Thanks for coming' What kind of customer service is that? No wonder the store is always empty.
