Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Sherwood Park by Jack Nathan Health

Honestly I absolutely love this clinic. For years I went to a different family doctor and when my kids were sick I could never get in. So what good is that. Only could see a doctor if I booked weeks in advance. It’s been 2 yrs and I really enjoy this clinic. I like the doctor. He’s honest, straight forward and has served my family well with all the illnesses and questions we come in with - he really cares. I am sending in my review as I just saw so many negative ones and frankly I think the low star reviews are not accurate and not fair.

This clinic is horrible! The doctor is a joke. My mom had a car accident and wasn't feeling well when I took her for her appointment. He asked her to lie down and then when she got up, she got so dizzy and almost passed out. She didn't scream loud but just a reaction to how she felt when she got up. The doctor didn't show any care whatsoever. He told her not to scream and just slowly get up. The doctor scolded her for getting dizzy. That was the last time I took her to that clinic. The receptionist is horrible as well.

Here's something you should know about this clinic. The doctor wears the same gloves with each patient. He never removes the gloves so he is transferring germs from room to room. The Filipina receptionist is stupid. If I don't go into the the clinic, to refill then they won't which is far for me now that I live on the otherwise and in a walker on bus it is a two hour bus ride with 5 different busses, way to much anxiety for me.They are inconsiderate and rude ever since I asked for a copy of my records because they are not doing everything to help me. I'm a covid long hauler and he is not doing everything that he could possibly do for me.

Great clinic, friendly people and fast wait times compared to other doctors offices. Don't let the Karen's who write one star reviews fool you. They show up at the end of the day without an appointment then write a one star review when they don't get service. I have been coming here for years and never waited more than a hour usually less than 30 minutes.

Unimpressed. Left messages in the am as no one answers and finally get a hold of someone 3 hours later and then they tell you they don't check there voice-mail. Awful business practice and very poor phone skills

Love my family doctor here but trying to get ahold of the clinic through the phone is next to impossible. There has been some days I've called 30 times through the entire time they're open just for no one to pick up the phone. Makes it next to impossible to reschedule my appointment and then when I do get ahold of the receptionist they sigh because I'm rescheduling the same day as my appointment because no one picks up the phone throughout the day. Thinking about possible moving clinics again...because honestly this is ridiculous.

Went in at 3:15 Thursday afternoon, receptionist looked at me and said what do I need, I replied to see a doctor, she said well I will make you an appointment for tomorrow, I said well I am from out of town so that doesn’t work. Then I was asked if I had been there before which I had a long time ago, she lets out a big sigh and asks why I need to see a doctor? I said I needed my ear flushed she then said it will take too long. What kind of reception acts and talks to a patient that way, I will never go back she needs some serious training on being appropriate especially while being in a administrative seat.

Called ahead to see if walkins were available for the day. Arrived 15 mins later. Turned away - no walkins. Very poor reception.

Website says open until 5. We showed up and 3 and they tell me they don't have a doctor in. Useless!

Doc is great takes time to explain front staff friendly but it's not a walk-in if you do walk in you get punished with a long wait time they rather be appointment times
