Walk-In Clinic at Walmart Prince Albert by Jack Nathan Health

Everytime I've came here it's been a 1 star experience. The most recent will be my last time going. After going to this clinic multiple times, I was told that my Health Card had expired, despite having a new one coming in the mail. I was then charged $50.00 just to have a "visit" which ended up being an ER pass being written, and being sent on my way. This should have resulted in receiving my $50.00 back in my opinion. At the hospital there was no issue with my card and I had no problem being admitted. I wouldn't try these guys. Always poor attitude. Take forever to see you, and

Had the most awful and humiliating experience here, do not go here! Horrible care and a doctor who was more concerned with going home then treating her patients with respect, dignity and proper medical attention. Dr. H. Youssef was not interested in providing real care. She told me I was wasting her time and she just wanted to close the clinic (it wasn't even yet time to close). I inquired into a medication which she refused to look up, and when I asked if she even knew what it was she described the medication as something completely different. After yelling at me she stormed out of the room and I left in tears. I will be filing a formal complaint on many levels. I was humiliated for no reason. I spoke to my pharmacist after and he assured me there was no need for this type of abuse. I was not trying to get any narcotics or medication that could be abused, so there was no need for this treatment! She didn't even know what it was!! Do not go to this clinic!! After my abusive experience I will never return, I will also be complaining and making sure this incident does not go unnoticed. Guess I'll be driving to Saskatoon to see my old doctor.

Poor time management. Booked me for an appointment at 10 . After I reach there, they took other person in between without an appointment, even it wasn't an emergency to them . The worst part is, they should ask at least that they were taking someone else before me. May find other clinic next time who respect my time .
