West Hill Medical Clinic

Tried to take in my sick son on a really cold day and we were refused last minute that they supposedly close at 6 instead of 8 that is written clearly on business hours, it was already 6:30 by the time we got here. If it was closed why were the doors open? Top it off I advised the woman at the front working to update their business hours and she gave me back talk, horrible health care establishment

We got turned away 3x due the amount of people. My little one had such a bad cough and they didn’t even try to ask the doctor to see if they would see her. I miss the group of doctors that worked there 5 years ago. My doctor told me to just mention that the little one was sick and they would help.

Just tried to visit. Hours are supposed to be 10-4pm and it was approaching 1pm. They had 3 patients sitting in lobby and refusing to take any new patients for the day.

My friend went there for medical attention a half hour before close as his face was swelling and was in pain. The front desk people said NO, too busy can’t help you. There was only 1 person in the waiting room and he was in PAIN! Since when is it okay to turn away someone who needs medical attention and is stating that they are in pain. What kind of medical practice is this?! DONT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT CARE, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! Not to mention I went there once for woman problems and they accused me of abusing my prescriptions, and asked me what drugs I was on. THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE!

Had the same doctor for years, doctor has never let me down.. but the service at the receptionist desk has gone down drastically and no longer seem to be available for calls, which is super inconvenient.. they will place you on hold and not inform you they’re doing so and then hang up.. very disappointed.

I went there yesterday. The doctor didn’t introduce himself. then asked what pharmacy I go to sent my stuff to the wrong pharmacy and then with the medicine he prescribed has penicillin in it which I am allergic to and there should be on the chart saying I’m allergic to penicillin. I think there needs to be a new doctors or doctors that actually care about their patients.

The front desk staff was very rude and i understand their is a policy for rudeness but that doesn't mean the old lady with the grey hair working the 9am shift on Sept 14th 2021 the right to treat patients like dirt. You need to seriously train these front desk workers on being polite to new patients instead of not even trying to help them very very disappointed. Just because she's having a bad morning don't give her to right to push away patients just cause she has attitude problem

I went to the walk in part of this clinic and was very happy with the doctor I saw. He was very friendly and thorough. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. I waited a bit longer than what they thought it might take but well worth it.

Worst experience everytime I walk into this clinic, the front desk staff ae so rude. If I talked to customers the way I have been spoken to at this clinic my employerer work fire me on the spot. From what I read in the reviews the owners need to fire some staff or at least teach them to speak politly to the patients. We are their customers. I went to 2 other walk in's, one of which was closing in 2 minutes and they were both polite and very helpful. I suggest eople stop going to West Hill clinic.
