Walk-In Clinic at Loblaws - Mississauga HealthCare Plus

Called today and went to location. No longer doing walk-in visits. Must book an appointment. Was able to get an appointment right away. Very helpful, kind, friendly, caring receptionist. Saw doctor right away without a wait. Dr. Chan was amazing! Friendly, positive, very intelligent, very knowledgeable, very good. Was pleasantly impressed! Will definitely come back here! Nurse did a quick PCR Covid test to double check for Covid though, symptoms presented as a common cold/ear irritation/ infection. Test results were provided within 10 minutes. Very impressed. Felt like I was in good hands. Was given prescription for antibiotics in case symptoms worsen. On a side note, I spent 2 hours driving around Erin Mills area and calling different Walk-Ins... the one at Thomas and 10th Line had a minimum 1.5 hour wait, the Mi clinics by the HomseSense doesn't take Walk-ins though their sign/Google says they do?, Walk-In clinic at 10th Line and Eglinton I couldn't get a hold of anyone to find out about the wait called 5 times over the 2 hours. Next time I will just call and book an appointment and come straight here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I visited Dr. Jay the osteopath, and Brigid Kombol, RMT for massage therapy here. The receptionist was quite helpful and didn't keep me waiting. I saw Dr Jay first and he was awesome. He sorted out my knee and back issues in one visit and showed me helpful exercises that I can do to keep in great health- recommend him. I then went to Brigid who has absolutely magic hands. The massage was heavenly, professional and friendly. Amazing duo here at the clinic- highly recommend them both. THANK YOU THANK YOU

They are the worst. they don’t let you inn on time we always wait for 40 to 60 min !! and don’t bother taking an appointment because they will let those who doesn’t have one enter before you!!!!!

Staff and doctors were wonderful and saw my daughter despite no longer being a walk-in clinic. Please note this is no longer a walk-in clinic.

Dr. Aneet Hooda show me, my wife and my son at this location today and it was the best doctor visit we had in many years. She had given everyone of us enough time to listen our symptoms and learn about our medical history. She told us in detail about our current health situation and what next we should do and not do. I was really happy with my visit.

You know it would help to book an appointment if you guys could actually answer the phone? Called 6 times within the span of 3 hours and you guys never answered nor called me back. Kind of disappointed that I had to come in and tell you guys this only to have the receptionist to say "yeah I know we're busy. Whats your question?" Maybe she should look into a career that doesn't require customer service in the near future. Review is purely based on reception, doctor was quick & efficient

Called today to get a refill for my puffer as I have severe asthma have been a client last few years never had a problem. Receptionist said they are only a covid clinic now yet the answering machine advised it is not......

This should not be advertised as a walk in clinic. It apparently is appointment only and I learned that after I had arrived. I advised the front desk staff about how they should change it on google and they said the previous owner has to remove it and that they can not do anything about it.

Is there an option for negative ratings, because this is what this clinic deserves! Dr. Pham is the most passive, least interested doctor ever. And not to mention the lady at the front desk, who never picks up the phone and is basically of no use at all. She doesn't know how to deal with customers, is incredibly lazy, and literally never gets the job done. My mom's been waiting for a referral from them for 9 months and it never came. Save yourself the trouble & go to another clinic!

I totally second the opinion of all the people who said that they would have rated this place negative. The Doctor as well as his staff are extremely passive especially the front desk lady. The doctor was supposed to contact us after the chest x-ray of my daughter in 2 days and it has already been 5dqys and I am still waiting for a call back from them. Also, whenever I tried to call the front desk,the phone was busy till eternity. Do not viisv this place ever,be it emergency or regular check up.
