I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars! I scheduled a Covid booster shot over the Walgreens phone system. My appointment was on a Saturday at 10:28am I was told to be 15 minutes early for my appointment, for paperwork. I was actually 20 minutes early and after waiting inline at the Pharmacy Counter. I was all checked in and ready to go at 10:21am. And then I sat there... I watched the gal who ended up giving me my shot. Help multiple customers at the pharmacy counter and also sign in 2 people that didn't have appointments for shots. I sat there and watched my 10:28 appointment time come and go. Finally at 10:40am, I asked when was I going to get my shot? I was told "soon" After another 5 minutes, I asked again. Finally after another 5 minutes. I got my booster shot. Then of course I had to wait the mandatory after shot 15 minutes. Bottom line I was made to wait for almost 1/2 hour do to their poor staffing and not giving priority to those that actually made an appointment. Definitely POOR customer service!!

The worst pharmacy, and Sarah absolutely does not care about the welfare of the patients. I had spine surgery and dropped off my paper prescriptions for pain medication right after getting out of the surgery center. Hours later, the app tells me my prescription can’t be filled because of an insurance issue. I had updated the app with my new insurance the night before, and provided the new card when I dropped off the prescriptions. I gave my insurance information again, and they said they would text me when it was ready. They never did, and when I called to ask about the status, I was put on hold over and over again, then hung up on. I called the store manager, who said she would put me through to the pharmacy with “priority,” and the phone rang 50 times before disconnecting me. With my pain rapidly getting out of control hours after the doctor told me I should take my first pill, I had my daughter take me back, and after being ignored by the two people standing at the cash registers, finally got someone to speak to me. I said that I needed my medication now 7 hours after dropping the scripts off, or else I needed my paper prescriptions back to take them to a pharmacy that was willing to fill them. She said they would be ready in 15 minutes, so I stood in excruciating pain until I finally got my medication. Nothing but incompetence, lies, rudeness, being placed on permanent hold and being hung up on each time a refill was electronically sent over. I will never go into this pharmacy ever again. They clearly don’t care about their customers’ health.

Refused to sell me my photo order, refused to let someone else pick it up, refused to discard, said she was keeping it… I should have read the reviews ahead of time, as it seems like many customers have had negative/poor interactions with “manager” Stephanie. Corporate is investigating!

Walked in mid day to get a last minute passport photo. Dylan helped me out and he was great. Nice guy, super attentive, and only took a few minutes before the picture was printed and I was able to pay and be on my way.

Always short staffed. Short staffed at the front , short staffed at pharmacy. It takes an average 2-3 days to fill the prescription. If Walgreens corporate cannot hire more people to work then close the location and go out of business. We will stop sending our prescriptions to this location.

Poor customer service. The "acting manager" told me "if I like someone, I'll override and allow a product to be discounted, if not, I won't". Not the first time I've received poor customer service there. Walgreens used to be known for their customer service, when I was an assistant manager at several different walgreens, it was the most important part of the job.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens is terrible. My two prescriptions for common medications to treat a sinus infection took 5 hours to fill, and only after a phone call after 3 hours did they start to “process” them. I get the feeling that if I hadn’t called, my prescription simply wouldn’t have been filled.

I'd give 0 stars if possible. I have time sensitive medicine, so I don't take my AM dose until I get my prescription filled. I called the night before asking if it can be done ASAP in the AM. The pharmacist I spoke to said yes and to call first time in the morning. So, I did. Then I was told "we will call you, it will be some time today but i cant say when". I explained the situation and all I got was "oh well, there's a line of people ahead of you". HOW? I called YESTERDAY and again at 9:03AM. I'm sick of Walgreens..I just switched to Rite Aid. This is the 4th Walgreens I have tried and they are all 100% trash.

-I'm stunned that Walgreens Corporate still allows the same people to run this pharmacy. Zero customer service skills. They treat customers so poorly it's unreal! The older male pharmacist has like ran off so many customers with his rude and abrasive attitude. Way to go Walgreens for keeping such a poor excuse of an employee around.

Note to self: Do NOT use this pharmacy. Especially the drive thru. Atleast 6 different pharmacy techs walked by the window including a person with a manager name tag. Absolutely no one seemed concerned to take care of the line piling up outside. Not worth the heartache and stress of waiting, waiting, waiting. I kid you not I waited 45 minutes for a 30 second transaction.
