12/5/2025 corporate has been called!nAwnser the dam phone people need their rx!!!!!!nMy grandson is Herer out of town. This pharmacy lied and said he jeed to be seen before refilling and of his prescription! Its not funny to mess with people and there med. This pharmacy is the worst I ever delt with. We tried to call again today and the phone just ring! No one awnser. I will be call corporate because now you are messaging with some pretty powerful rx that my grandson need!nnI sat in the drive thru for a good 30 min. I pushed the call button. The gal left the receiver off the hook. When I explained that she should put the receiver back on the hook so people can let her know they are waiting. She got snarky and told me she was doing the best she can. I suggested she hang up that receiver so she would know when someone is at the drive thru! People use the drive thru to fet quick service not to be ignored!nDo better wallgreens!

I travel a lot for work, so I frequently have to get my prescriptions filled on the road. Therefore, I have visited dozens of different Walgreens in more than 20 states across the country. I can honestly say, this is the worst pharmacy of them all. My PCP called in three prescriptions for me three days prior to when I absolutely needed to pick them up. Meaning, i’m used to my visits to Walgreen, pharmacies being frustrating, so I make sure to give them ample time and have reasonable expectations. The app showed that after two days, the very basic RXs still weren’t filled. So I gave them a call, with still 24 hours of time for them to be filled before I needed to pick them up. They said that there was no issue with them, but that they just had not been filled yet. and they told me that they would be ready for me when I needed them 24 hours from the phone call. Of course, very predictably based on all of the other reviews here and the seeming lack of concern from the person I spoke to on the phone, I showed up 24 hours later, now 72 hours after the prescriptions were called in, and they weren’t filled. Even more expectedly, they expressed irritation that I seemingly had the audacity to be there to pick them up so soon, let alone, at all. I’m not sure I’ve ever been so incredulous. But of the three other customers who were in line and dealing with this pharmacy at the time, I was actually the least frustrated of them all. One was screaming at them, and another threw up her hands and walked away muttering “never again”. Grants Pass seems like a nice little town, but all should be warned to make sure that this Walgreens pharmacy is not included on your visit here.

I would just like to say shopping here is a pleasure and enjoyable experience. When ever my mom and I walk in all employees that work there give us a smile and always asking if we need help just let us know. That's a good feeling to know you will be treated with respect and kindness at this location and its nice. Never ever have we had a negative experience at all. Store always clean and it worth the price. Take care of the ones that take care of you! That's why you guys got bisseness from us for life.

I can't say anything about the pharmacy portion, but the store associates are always so friendly and helpful. I frequently come into walgreens and place pick up orders which they do their best to fulfill. They keep their store tidy including the bathrooms. They truly make it an enjoyable experience :

The front desk gals convinced my wife to apply for a credit card. They promised her it would not touch her credit report. I immediately pulled up the credit report to show her that it indeed hit our credit report, within the hour. Yes, she should have known better. But for them to promise it would not affect us is pretty shady. Now we’ll have this inquiry for 1-2 years. This should be illegal.
