This was a typical Safeway with Wells stock shelves. There's plenty of parking and the people that I talk to in the store were very helpful very nice. I didn't have to wait in a long line. They had an Express line and I only need a few things. The express line went very quickly. It literally took me longer to run my credit card and it took the lady to ring up my groceries.

This is the closest store in my area so I go there often. As with any store it has it's strong and weak points. I shop there for the following departments, meat, dairy, and the bakery. They also have good sales at the deli. If you're in a hurry don't go to the deli. That department gives a whole new meaning of slow.

This is a great place to shop on Fridays because they call it 5.00 Friday. So many items you can get for five dollars. Everyone should go here on Fridays.😊

Very helpful store manager. Download the app before you go. There are so many coupons in the store, you will want to have it. Not a very good organic section, but enough to get by in a pinch.

Every branch of Safeway I have shopped, I am always satisfied with. Grants Pass Safeways are a pleasure to shop at. They are clean, the produce is always fresh, the meat selection is always clean, fresh and nicely packaged, and The employees are professional and kind:).
