Customer service? Where? Not here. Ordered flooring and paid in full. Two week delivery. Ok I say. A week later I’m told the shipment is going to take two weeks longer. Ok I say. Finally get a phone call weeks later saying my flooring is ready to pick up. I go to pick up two days later. Oh wait, it’s here but not picked yet. (So really, it’s not ready for pick up is it?) I’m told it will be ready to go the next morning. But wait! The next afternoon it’s still not ready! I get to wait an hour to have it picked and loaded. They suck. They lie. They really don’t care. BEWARE. Don’t waste your time if you have a choice. I’d give them zero stars if I could.....

Went there to buy the dryer that matched my washer and take advantage of black Friday sales. My dryer was on sale for $549 but you have to order it and they can deliver. I found the exact same dryer in the scratch and dent section but it was $599, $50 more. The sales associate (who was very helpful) went to ask "the specialist" (not helpful at all) what kind of price they could do on the dented one since the sale price was lower. She told him that they couldn't change the price cuz that was the "convenience of being able to take it home today". So I have to pay an extra $50 for a dented product, to load in my own truck and use my own gas to deliver it myself to my house? Instead of lowering the price to the sale price, you want me to ORDER a brand new undented product so you can use your employee with your truck and your gas to deliver it 30 miles to my house??? DOES NOT MAKE MUCH BUSINESS SENSE!! Needless to say, Home Depot lost out on a $550 sale today. Not helpful at all, in fact the "specialist" lady was pretty rude. I walked out without either dryer. West Coast Appliances has the same dryer for the same price and they will probably be glad to have my business.

This place is a joke!!! It takes months to get your order. We received 3 calls that our order was in, went to pick it up after calling to ensure all of our order was ready, were told everything was ready... had a family member with a trailer help us go pick it up. When we got there they had only 1 piece of our order. The person at the counter basically called my husband a liar, saying that he was never told our sink came in. I heard him on the phone that morning and they did confirm the sink was in. We ended up having to get a refund on the sink as our contractors were scheduled to be at our home for the install and had to go elsewhere to buy our sink. Will never order another item from here..... Customer service is lacking and training needs to be done, so false information is not given to the customers.

Employees are nice, very sweet. The corporations itself it suck. I dont like slef check out but I was force to use self checkout due to no REAL cashier. If I want to deal with computer I would order stuff on Amazon.

Helpful staff. One stop shopping for home and garden supplies. Pretty good deals as well!
