This branch and the Ontario, Oregon branch messed up my insurance. Being extremely frustrated, I made a comment regarding my scripts. I had my insurance on the line, spoke to the technician. She told my insurance agent that she couldn't change it. The lady pharmacist came out and publicly humiliated me in front of my husband and customers regarding my comment. She accused me of saying something different to her technician. I did not say anything vulgar to her or about her!!! So instead of taking me in private, the pharmacist humiliated me in front of everyone. Then I found out they all lied about not being able to change my insurance. They changed my insurance but just plain lied because they didn't want to fill my scripts. I have been with Walgreens forever but I will NEVER fill my scripts at Walgreens again. They need more training and customer service training!!!! They don't even deserve one star!!!!

Expensive yes but I always come out with what I needed. Staff has always been pleasant to me.

I had the worst service at this location ever I will not be returning.. I will be asking everyone I know not to go to this location... I wish I didn't have to give them a star at all if I could I would give them a negative star rating
