Not enough employees. Always takes at least 15 or more minutes for help. Usually don't have phone you want even though on display.

I loathe the fact that anytime you need help with your cell phone beyond what they can provide over the phone, you had better plan on a good 1-2 hour wait at their location! Clearly they need a place that is dedicated to nothing but repairs and customer service. They're all about the sale, very poor customer support.
