For the past two decades, we’ve been serving our community memorable meals from Rainbow Drive. We start by waking up bright and early so we can open at 5:30. This is when we see a lot of our regulars, people who come in for a Panther Plate and a fresh cup of coffee. As the morning goes by, we start to see students coming in for a bite before class. We even have a lunch-time crowd who comes for sandwiches and signature burgers made from organic chicken and grass-fed beef. But it doesn’t matter when diners come by or what they order when they do. It only matters that they leave happy after they finish their food.
