Waconia Inn & Suites

Mom and I stayed here and the service, room, and location were just what we needed. Great pricing too. However, the pot smell was pretty bad and started to get into our room. Everything was clean but the TV had stripes on the screen telling me that theres a malfunction with it. Not a bad stay at all. But these small improvements can definitely make all the difference.

My fiance was sent there by his boss he wasn't even there 20 minutes. It was filthy and stains all over. Lord only knows what the stains are. Not to mention the smell of Marijuana and cigarettes all over. Thank God there is a much cleaner hotel just a little ways from this place.

We stay at this hotel every time we come to Minnesota to see our kids. This is an older property so don't expect the hilton but the ladies who run this property are amazing! They are updating rooms and putting in new mattresses. Our bed was comfortable. The linens clean. Plenty of hot water! The rooms are always clean.nThey always work it out to get us in. We love this place and the ladies who run it!!

Had personal issues going on and was not sure how long I’d need a place to stay, after some searching I came across Waconia Inn & Suites. I stayed 5 nights. They were really patient with me as I was taking it day by day, I was able to pay each day individually and they were patient with this. It’s a small team that takes care of this Motel but they make a great team and it makes for a friendly/homey feeling.. it’s not a luxury hotel but you will be comfortable and great staff that makes you feel welcomed! I’ll always keep them in mind when needing a place to stay!

Not too bad but the bed was hard as a rock. That would be the only reason I wouldn't stay again.nnRooms were clean. Staff were as expected for a super 8 type. Wasn't bad. We checked in around 11pm from a wedding so didn't expect much.nnBreakfast was cheap cereal and bagels. Which is better than nothing
