AmericInn Lodge & Suites Waconia

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and I liked the cabin looking style of the front lobby. They have a pool and sauna area which I didn't get a chance to go into, but looked nice enough. The breakfast was better than a lot of equivalent places. I thought it was a great hotel!

We are here for a four night stay​, and so far everything has been great. The staff makes you feel like you're at home. The facility is very nice for a middle price point property. The amenities are well cared for, because the staff cares, too. Great stop over for business or pleasure.

The staff is very pleasant. The hotel is clean. I was in the meeting room, and it was nice and large enough to handle a good sized party or meeting.

Room smelled musty. Carpets seemed damp. Dog was barking in the next room over so the smell may have been from allowing pets to stay in the rooms. I wasn't aware of this upon booking. The beds were horrible and had huge dips in the middle. The mattress is due to be replaced. The pool was nice and breakfast was decent. However, for $150, I would not recommend.
