The owners and operators are real difficult to deal with. Lots of drugs and vandalism.

Very nice residents, and very clean and friendly neighborhood. Administration can be hard to deal with but living here is very pleasant. Free camper and rv parking. Park is within walking distance, however could use some upkeep. NO NON-RESIDENTIAL PARKING OR YOU WILL BE TOWED👎

Extremely poor management. They're very rude and don't care what so ever.

This park is owned by a company out of Texas and managed by a woman named Grace who is an absolute tyrant. It's a real shame how unfair this woman is towards people. Very discriminatory and highly impersonal.. Grace has a major chip on her shoulder and no one I repeat not a soul can knock it off.
