This is one of the oldest parks in Kent county and offers many different features including hiking, picnic areas, shelters, buildings, a creek to walk along, biking trails, and generally beautiful settings. I have been to weddings here that were beautiful. Kids will entertain themselves for hours here. It also ha several bridges that are beautiful crossing the winding creek.

Beautiful park! Numerous shelters, picnic tables, grills etc. and all well maintained. Bear Creek runs through the park and there are several bridges and trails for exploring. There are also 3 separate playgrounds, 2 of which are new and awesome, especially for older kids (4+).

Our second daughter had. Her wedding there the building was great not completely closed on but the weather was perfect. Good park for kids lots of playgrounds also good for walking, hiking, or biking. Part of the park is hilly part is flat.

We came here for family pictures and were not disappointed. There was room for the kids to run between shots and the scenery was great. I was a little annoyed that people would run in front of us during a shot but nothing is perfect. I’d go back.

Love this place can be a little packed at times but nice place and has a creek kids love playing in and catching Cray fish
