This gym is fabulous. The attention to detail by the trainers are second to none. The results I achieved in such a short time exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for the best personal trainers in Montreal this is the gym to be at. I love this gym!

This studio is great! The trainers are amazing; they are very knowledgeable, encouraging and kind. The one on one training sessions allowed me to be more focused with my workouts and as a result I saw my fitness increase significantly. I highly recommend this studio!!

A fantastic gym in old montreal! I came to try a hip hop class and I was hooked. Such great staff and really nice atmosphere in which to work out. A great big thank you to Sarah and Alex for an amazing time (I'm still doing the scooby-doo and the cabbage patch, not to mention the stanky leg :)

Une place accueillante, différente où l'on a vraiment envi de prendre des moments pour soi! Offre de service intéressante, personnalisée et diversifiée. L'environnement est chaleureux, épuré et fonctionnel. Le personnel est professionnel, qualifié, accueillant, à l'écoute et d'excellent conseil! Je recommande pour ceux qui cherchent une formule différente !
