Nautilus Plus Victoria Square

Good variety of free weights and machines. Gym and change rooms clean. I went in October anywhere from 230-430pm and it wasn't very busy. Staff friendly. Flex card was easy to sign up online.

Great gym, never really busy which is perfect, trainers are amazing, but disappointed in the reception staff.. gym should open at 6am and when I went on March 22nd it was 6:30, no one was there and 8 people were waiting for someone to show up… and this isn’t the first time I see this happen at Nautilus.

The music they put in this gym is God-awful. Every single song is some auto-tuned Pop/Techno trash. Every. Single. Song. It's really hard to get pumped about your workout with that going on in the background. It's like they do it on purpose. If they would just leave some random pop radio station the music wouldn't be this bad. Every song has that auto-tuned garbage. And they have it on LOUD. You can't get a good workout. It really messes you up. Asides from that, the gym is pretty cool. The people complaining about not getting their money back for a contract that they agreed to are not very bright. Edit: Raising my review to 3 stars: the music has vastly improved. It's 80's rock now. Looks like it was a particular staff member who used to play the awful music.

Horrible. Moved off the continent and even 20 months after my 1-year contract is signed they are still debiting my acount, despite their App specifically telling me my membership is over. Unless you want to be fraudulently charged, stay away from Nautilus Plus.

The service hours is really bad in my area. Is always closed. How do u expect to grow your costumers …

Having been a member of this gym for over a year, and prior to it being a member of several other gyms, I can certainly say that this is the worst gym I have ever been a member of. If it wasn't for the fact that I worked in the building and it being the most conveniently located gym in the area I would have turned back before signing the mandatory 1 year contract. There are several points that I could provide reviews on but I will stick to the two that frustrated me the most: 1. Sign up and termination process 2. Cleanliness of the gym. First, I have never been to a gym that does not offer a 1 week trial period and instead has you pay nearly $20/ day just to use the gym. Unless you want to pay a ridiculous amount to use the gym for one day then you are basically forced to sign up. In order to terminate my contract I had to pay an absurd amount even though I would no longer be living in Canada due to an expiring work permit. Secondly, I could not get over the smell in the locker room and the uncleanliness of the treadmills. Yes, they have a person that cleans routinely but this gym is due for a major upgrade in order to get rid of the horrendous smell. In summary, do not sign up for this gym unless there are no other well suited options to choose from. If you sign up, be sure that you are prepared to fulfill the one year contract because there are only a handful of reasons that they allow one to terminate the contract without penalty. And most of all be aware of the hygienic condition of the gym.

The gym is clean. The staff is fine, however there is that new blonde guy who is absolutely rude. He needs to get fired. Believe me, I'm not the only one who's complaining about him. In addition, this gym closes quite early and it is not even open on the weekends.

Weights are downstairs near the changing rooms and cardio upstairs next to the entrance. When it's packed after 5pm don't expect to have all the place you need for your full training. The changing rooms were just recently renovated.

Very poor orientation of the contract cancellation protocol. Even if you are not satisfied with the service or if there are changes at the beginning of the contract, you will be charged a very expensive fee for cancellation. Do not go to this gym. Choose any other gym in MTL.
