I recently had an excellent service experience. I purchased a retractable horizontal blind from Vosburgh's some three and a half years ago. The recent wind storm resulted in my being unable to retract the blind, Mike was promptly at my place the next day, fixed the problem, as well as repaired some damage to the aluminum case. I found everyone I dealt with to be very helpful and pleasant.
Mike did a great job helping me decide on shades. He worked closely with me to get them installed in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable. Great experience all round, highly recommend.
Don’t waste your time. Three weeks later still haven’t got a quote. Never heard back about design services either. Sheers are ordered and have met with another designer. Had to pick a star. Would have selected zero stars if possible.

Great service and price! Brian came and measured for our shutters and Mike came and installed them. No muss, no fuss. Just good, old fashioned professionalism. Shop local, people!
Vosburgh was recommended to us as we are new to Port Hope in a New sub-division. Brian was very good in getting our blinds on time . However, the rod we purchased for the drapery hardware was over $333.00 with end pieces that very are poorly made and the assembly of them is TERRIBLE. We were not informed how to reattach them. The black out pull down blinds did not blackout light for our bedroom. Price for blinds also over priced. They look great but are not worth it!! Our delivery and insulations of the shutters were done well reason for the 3 stars. .
Brian and his son Mike are really fantastic people. They are very experienced and informative. We had them install blinds and shutters in 3 rooms of our home and I can't say enough about their friendliness and professionalism. The blinds look amazing and we will definitely go back for the other rooms. We would unreservedly recommend them to anyone.
We have had very good service here recently by Mike. We have also had accordion pleated blinds installed in our two sky lights and they did an excellent job for us.
