Maple Leaf Smoke Land Variety

I pick up a lot of packages here and have never had an issue. They even held onto a Christmas order even though it was past it's return date which was fortunate.

Took parcel in for return to amazon. no records of any parcel!!! I phoned store , told me I was out of luck. Where is my parcel? My bad i guess he told me to leave on counter due to serving another person have no tracking. Should not of trusted him

Watch the prices when they're ringing your purchases up at the cash, because they might not be the prices you're expecting. I don't trust them anymore after getting into a snit about a cold drink promotion. They had stickers on the fridge door promoting 2 products for $5, but the guy tried to charge me the individual price, ramming the total up over 8 bucks. I pointed out the promo sticker, and he said that's only on the green cans and the black cans. That's funny, because the text says all flavors. He had to call his boss and speak in another language. In the end, I got the promo price plus tax, but now I have no trust in this business anymore.

Shame on you...that's the worst thing I've heard..making a 6 month pregnant lady carry a heavy package to her car ..a complaint to UPS about your customer service skills will be made !!!
