Volunteers of America Thrift Store– Aurora

Love, love, love, shopping this local thrift store. Lots of fabulous finds. Best kitchen gadgets, cookware and dishes. Just ok for clothes, mostly old styles and not in a good way. If you cant find what you're looking for just ask the staff, there is a storage garage out back loaded with stuff. They helped me find an unbrella stroller for my daughter's visit, I only wanted to spend $10. They gladly assisted me looking through the garage and found just what I needed. Great to know my purchase goes for many VOA sponsored programs.

Well I always find something I need there. Prices are pretty good to! Customer service is a little cold, not everyone but several. I'll still go back.

Staff is great. Lynn, Donna, super ppl there is a new lady as well. Oh my the blonde can't remember her name super friendly all staff priced right everything

Don't come here for deals unless it's junk you want. Lately I've noticed prices going up and up on anything nice. Then I find out why, right in front of customers, the workers are looking up things on the internet and saying someone could sell these for X amount put 45 on it. Then why doesn't the store put it on eBay then? It's not fair, you receive these items for free. I doubt your store is just over run with people coming in for things to resell. Most people (me and lots of people I know that go there)actually chose to use these items themselves and come to a thrift store because they can't afford retail prices. I'm a regular customer who won't be regular anymore.

Nice place. But pretty cramped. They can use a bigger facility.
