Love this place! Visited on a field trip as a child sometime in the '90s. Was talking about maple treats and thought of my past experiences. Led me to the website to buy a few goodies to send here to Texas for our anticipated enjoyment. Great quality products, all made fresh. Best Maple company in Ohio!
Great little place. Came here to get maple candies and left with so many different things to try. Got a honey stick that I have never tried before and they had many different things to try. I could have went absolutely crazy in this store. This is a very nice shop to stop at with incredible and friendly staff.
Great litlle shop with many great maple products. Their maple syrup, maple cream candy and maple mustards are thoroughly incredible. Great gift ideas in there.

Look at your receipts and invoices closely, apparently it's common practice to quote one price then charge a higher one. When asked to make it right they told us they sell so much they didn't need our business anyway...
Small locally owned maple syrup making supplies and food shop. Supplies run from spiles, tubing, and buckets to boil tanks for reducing the sap to syrup. Food items run from syrup to candy and other snacks all with real maple for flavoring. Small parking lot but place isn't big enough for people to stay long, additional parking across street or next door.
Been coming here for years. A true small town maple food products store. They tap and sugar their own Sugarbush, all Ohio, all pure maple....in business over 100 years, because they do things right.

I grew up in Chardon and Richards Maple products is such a staple in the community. I'm out of town now, but love to spread the love of Geauga County Maple products, especially during the holiday season, to give others a taste of my upbringing. I recently placed an order online, and live about an hour away. The products are still as amazing as I remember, but further they turned around and delivered my products in 2 days. I was shocked when I saw them on my doorstep today. I highly recommend Richards Maple, whether you are in Chardon or to order some authentic maple products online. They also have a very unique selection of products that you can't find anywhere else!
Great syrup for the price. My kids love it and so do I. Ohio makes the best syrup.
