Translated by Google Hello, I would like to write a letter of great praise to the staff of the Sněžné na Vysočín hotel. Everywhere clean, warm, quiet, hot water, Wi-fi worked everywhere. Breakfast and dinner very tasty, not salty. The staff is absolutely exceptional - the ladies are very nice, helpful, smiling - despite the considerable number of customers during the weekend when the mountain bike championship was held in the nearby NMNM. After so many hours of work, to be served with such speed and friendliness, and to have a sincere smile when communicating, is not something you see right away! He deserves a big thank you and huge praise!!!  Original Dobrý den, chtěla bych vám napsat velkou pochvalu personálu hotelu Sněžné na Vysočině. Všude čisto, teplo, klid, teplá voda, Wi-fi všude fungovala. Snídaně i večeře velmi chutné, nepřesolené. Personál naprosto výjimečný - slečny velmi milé, ochotné, usměvavé - i přes značné množství zákazníků během víkendu, kdy se konal SP horských kol v blízkém NMNM. Po tolika hodinách práce obsluhovat s takovou rychlostí a vstřícností a mít při komunikaci upřímný úsměv, to se hned tak nevidí! Zaslouží velký dík a obrovskou pochvalu!!!
