My wife and I have been travelling with Murdoch travel for over 25 years. We've had airlines go out of business days before our holiday and they took care of everything for us. We've been to over forty countries and truly have never had a bad experience. We always get the best, most honest advice and trust their opinions fully. We have been booking our vacations with Murdoch Travel for many years now. Jeff and his staff will bent over backwards to make sure we have the best vacation possible. He will research anything we ask him to promptly always with a smile and his wonderful outgoing personality. Should issues arise along the way they are dealt with until resolved. Murdoch Travel delivers A+ customer service which is rare in todays do it yourself on line world. We would never think of booking a vacation with anyone else!

We have been using Murdoch Travel for some time now. They have always been helpful and courteous. This time they were asked to set up and then cancel some flights, and the process was complicated and the wholesaler put them on hold for an inordinately long time. Still they persisted and have been terrific about it. We heartily recommend them

Fantastic service friendly staff. I couldn't ask for more in a travel agent. Very organized and attentive. Always been very happy from a short holiday to an extended one. ☺
