Utterly useless! Call to book car, kept on hold for 40mins and then agent cut call. Going to raise official complaint with my company about this interaction. This is not acceptable.

One of the worst for customer service. Every time I call CTO, it takes hours to get through to a representative. I believe their management is out of touch with what is going on at the lower levels. Just plain ridiculous. I will never recommend them to anyone. Will be making recommendations to not eliminate our contract with them at the first opportunity.
