It's the second time I use New Wave Travel services to book our family trips.
Domenic was very helpful and quite fast in getting back to my inquiries and requests on both opportunities. 
Besides that he provides his knowledgeable insight and additional options for consideration prior to us making a decision.
I would highly recommend their services.

Domenic was recommended to me by a friend who had used his services for a prior vacation. See, I needed to book a flight home for the holidays and it was last minute and as everyone can imagine, prices were very high. So, at best when I reached out to Domenic, I thought he would just give me confirmation of what I already knew. BUT, boy was I wrong, Domenic not only found the lowest price, he got me the time and date I wanted in what seemed like a flash. Domenic is clearly knowledgable and experience at what he does. Right off the bat he made me feel like he cared and wanted to meet my needs, he went above and beyond my expectation and to top it off he's a nice guy who is also professional :). I will definitely be using Domenic's services in the future and will recommend him to all I know !.

Domenic replied to my countless emails promptly and helped me decide between a half dozen resorts.  My wife and I were very satisfied with his services.  He was kind and extremely helpful.  Will be using his services from now on and would highly recommend.

It had been quite some time since I used a travel agent. The internet seemed to make the task of booking travel easier and cheaper. However, I wasn't happy with the results of my search and decided to contact Domenic Bianchi New Wave Travel, who had been referred to me by a friend. I gave him our budget, and I told him where we wanted to stay. Much to our surprise, he found a better deal than the one we had and in a much better resort. A friend of ours wanted to come along, but the hotel was at full capacity. Domenic told me he would contact me later.  We were delighted to learn that he managed to find us another room for our friend, the last one!  He saved us money, time and hassle, and I know that we wouldn't have been able to get a better price or the extra room without his assistance and all the resources that are available to him.  Thanks for all your help, Domenic. You have been a pleasure to work with. I’ve recommended your services to many of my friends -  and next time we plan a vacation we will be sure to contact you!
