Vision Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I drove 2+ hours to check out a vehicle at Vision Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM in Defiance, OH. I called a couple of days before and Luke told me the car was available. He also texted me the day before to confirm I was still coming. When I arrived, everyone there was so nice. I felt no pressure to buy and took the car to a local mechanic to have it looked over. This took much longer than I anticipated (the place was busy on a Saturday) and they were close to closing when I returned with the car. I ended up keeping them past closing... but I drove out of there in a new car that I absolutely LOVE!! I got such a great deal on this vehicle. Angela in finance was also an amazingly kind and friendly woman who took all of the stress out of the process. I would highly recommend going there to find your next vehicle if you want to be treated right! Thank you Luke, Tito, Angela and everyone else. Oh, and I was starving when I arrived (no fast food off that exit, FYI) so they gladly shared their pizza with me!! 😀. I give them an A+!

Ric B. did a great job of keeping us happy. He was very personable and explained the extras but not push them. Gave us the best price for the vehicle we wanted. The owner came out to introduce himself and we had a good chat. Altogether it was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

I had a wonderful experience at Vision. Luke was awesome and worked very hard to get us what we wanted within our budget. He wasn't pushy and listened to our needs and wants. Everyone I came in contact with there thus far have been outstanding, knowledgeable, and fun to be around.. Luke is a must go to guy if you want someone to work hard for you and be very personable. Angela does great as well with how she explains payment plans and really listens to what your expectations are. You can tell she cares about you understanding all of your options. They all seem like "real" people trying to do what is best for their customers, not trying to trick us with sales pitches. Lupe, the owner is really a great guy and takes the time to talk to his customers. It was a great experience overall. I had a lot of fun! I bought a used vehicle and they still made me feel like I was buying a brand new vehicle! Both in the quality of the used vehicle and the treatment you get from their spectacular staff.
