The staff in the service department And the technicians that provides service have always been very friendly and helpful. I usually have no issue getting the vehicle in timely. They offer suggestions, but do not press for sales. I appreciate this business.

I was gonna give a one star review, but that Service Department was great them ladies are nice and very helpful. Now the problem with this place is their Senior salesmen Which goes by the name is Larry who does not know what he is talking about half the time I purchased a vehicle there over a month ago he told me my plates were gonna be transferred over. Turns out he never did it. I’ve been driving around this whole time with Plates to the wrong vehicle I found this out when I got pulled over by the police.

While traveling in the area from Maine, our 2026 2500 Ram was having issues draining the battery. After checking with some local Ram dealerships, LPK service team was able to get our truck into their schedule. The issue was diagnosed and problem addressed under warranty. The service team was great to deal with and got us back on the road fairly quickly. Appreciate their efforts to help us.

Salesman was very polite and everyone there made my purchase as easy as could be. Was able to walk away with my first ever brand new vehicle. Would highly recommend you give these people a chance.
