Good people. Lost a receipt to from a prior servicing. They believed me when I told them the situation and they helped me out. I'm not saying to do this. They really do need receipts. I truly lost the receipt and they fixed the problem that was unresolved the first time for free. I'm thankful and they didn't seem to have any problems aside from needing a receipt. They said it helps them tremendously to have one. Unfortunately they couldn't find it on the computer either but fortunately they were reasonable and willing charge nothing. Thank you Belle Tire!

***Highly recommend this business*** Utilized these guys three times, first 2 times on different trucks. both had costly suspension issues, both times the improvement was noticeable. The third time I went back was for a brake line they had worked on I believe around 3 months before. They repaired it and waived the cost. This business is stellar and honest. If they advise you of a repair that is costly, they inform you of the benefits and hazards associated with your decisions. A special shout out to the gentleman Rick that works there. He embodies their culture of honesty and hard work. Highly recommend these guys.

I love these corporate mechanic stores with trained salesmen up front and one grimy mechanic in the back they make me so much money places like this and mitis when they sell customers on parts they don’t need and tell customers their parts are broken or worn out when they in fact aren’t… my customer brings in her car and the mechanics greasy hands touched the CV boot and all of a sudden it’s leaking grease even though on my lift I can look directly at the boot and tell that it’s still clamped on and not ripped or broken but somehow it’s bad and needs replaced they also told my customer they would not align the vehicle until everything on the estimate was fixed Now you tell me how a CV shaft has anything to do with vehicle alignment because it doesn’t so the customer takes her car in for a slight wheel bearing noise and comes out with an estimate saying she needs a CV shaft lower control arm wheel bearing and brakes and rotors I come to find it only needs the wheel bearing and brake pads the rotors were still in decent shape this is why you go to a family owned mechanic not a corporate mechanic like Jiffy Lube mitis possibly Monro brake and muffler I haven’t heard anything bad about them yet but I’m sure because they’re a corporate store they do the same stuff

Excellent service! They were very friendly and up front about any costs. They got my vehicle repaired in short notice. Most car repair work is very costly but I think they have fair pricing for the high quality work they do. Highly recommend.
