I've never purchased a vehicle online before, Mike Limbaugh made the whole process so easy. Pricing was so great I purchased a truck from here with me being in SC. Would definitely recommend this as one of the best car sales experience I've had. Put in my offer and within 24hrs everything was said and done.

The experience at Exeptional Motorcar was great. My wife and I worked with Deacon on getting me into my first truck. Deacon was very patient, friendly and answered all my questions.

Bought a car from them in March, not even a week of having the car my check engine light came on and my oil sprayed all under my hood. Had the car towed to them as requested to get it fixed! They checked the car over said it was fine. Got my car back again and two days later check engine light came back on again. So I did what I did last time took my car back to them and this time it was sent to Volkswagen dealership to where they also couldn’t find the problem again! Now I get the car back after a week of it being gone and then again next day check engine light back on. But this time I was told there’s nothing they can do it’s out of their control! Which is beyond crazy being sold a car with under 50k miles and it having nothing but problems. Was told to find a mechanic that horrors the service contract that I purchased. Which my mechanic honored it thankfully and somehow found the problem very quickly. The guy who sold me my vehicle happened to have stoped working there shortly after I purchased my vehicle. As of today check engine light is still on but in the works of being fixed by my mechanic. Take with what you do but most definitely be aware! Edit: was given a loaner car that had to be returned at 5 everyday wasn’t allowed to loan overnight. Still haven’t made it right till this day two months with my engine light on still and I have to come out of pocket to fix it when it was sold to me with issues.

The employees are very nice and helpful I just bought a car from them three days ago. Deacon was great and very helpful and the sales manager quin was very great as well. Thank you guys very much I love the car.
