Clay needs customer service school. Their policies are confusing. “No returns of electrical parts or components” but they allow returns of alternators and starters with conditions…. But won’t allow the return of a $30 unopened wire harness plug. Makes zero sense.

My go to shop for aftermarket Denzo starters. Clint was very helpful in giving knowledge to my mechanic who claimed starter would not fit. Thank you Clint and CNC for the great service. Thanks

I’ve dealt with Corey on a few occasions and have made a couple of purchases. His customer service has been incredible, even when I asked about a product that wasn’t sold by CNCFab. Corey is hands down one of the best guys I’ve ever dealt with. I spent over 10k on go fast goodies with Corey @ CNC and don’t regret a dime of it. He was a huge part of my new engine and trans build, hell he actually did the trans install. There just aren’t a lot of guys as knowledgeable or as easy to deal with as Corey. Purchased the Fuel Bowl Delete Manifold Kit for my 7.3L Powerstroke. It solved all of my topside fuel leaks. The kit is excellently crafted. The customer service helping me to plumb it in correctly was very professional & prompt. Product, performance & customer service were all excellent.

Corey spent a while on the phone with me to make sure i got exactly what i needed. Diesel parts arent cheap and it was nice that they took the time to make sure everything was covered. Parts were shipped out almost immediately and arrived faster than i expected. Everything in the boxes was packed in like tetris blocks and well padded. Great job packing everything. Got free Koozies and a tshirt too!

Accidentally followed the wrong link off Google for some 7.3 HPOP lines and bought them for the wrong year. After a little back and forth they assured me they'd fit no problem. Also shipping was very quick. Just a few days for my parts. Only downside is they only sent 1 sticker instead of 2 so now my windows are different.

I found CNC Fabrication via multiple forum recommendations and purchased their 7.3 HPOP lines for my Excursion project. It took me over a year to start my project and I ran into a hard start cold and no start hot after doing injectors, T4 turbo, Terminator HPOP, fuel bowl delete, etc. Corey helped me via numerous emails to troubleshoot my problem, which ended up being a competitor's HPOP that was DOA. Due to unanswered emails and no phone number to Terminator, I opted to go with Corey's HPOP and eat the cost of the T500. I had Corey's HPOP in three days and installed it the night I received it. The truck fired up and starts every time hot now. Corey went above and beyond in his customer support. He helped me with a direct competitor product and always answered my emails promptly. If you are in the market for an HPOP or other CNCFab products, take my advise and choose him over the competition. If customer service and a friendly suggestion when your having problems is important, then Corey is your guy. Chris

I bought my 7.3 powerstroke high pressure oil lines from cnc fab and will for sure be doing business with them in the future, awesome customer care and speedy response would recommend to everybody.
