VIP Nails & Spa

Everyone is so nice I come in with my 6 month old and someone always plays with him and keeps him happy. I see Eric for my nails I get gel manicure and pedicure and he is great. It lasts and the paint is always perfect. They also give you a short free massage while your nails are being done

I had a negative experience at VIP Nails. Pros: they took a last minute booking and the woman greeting people was really kind. Cons: The woman who did my nails (Rebecca) was really rushed and it made the experience very unpleasant. I was hoping to relax and treat myself, but she made me pick a color very quickly despite having a basket of dozens of options, and she rushed through the trimming/ filing of my nails - even hurt as my nails were already pretty short and she took it too far. Then she grabbed my fingers really tightly to paint them, I tried to make a comment about it but she ended up laughing it off and continued gripping really tight. She was really impatient with me and overall was not kind, the nails were just average as well. I will not be returning to VIP Nails.

Very expensive, staff not too friendly, but I had a massage and that was wonderful. 60 bucks for full set nails and gel polish had to go back 2 days later because polish peeling off tip of nail, they fixed but top coat peeling 4 days later... maybe try a different person for my fill. I did like the nail process, it's a dip, not acrylic.

Get nails there all the time. Massages there too. Very couple and men friendly.

If I had to rate this place based on location and appearance I will give a 5 star. Am giving this place a star because I wouldn't be able to share my opinion otherwise. I came here for a pedicure it literally took 10 minutes for the tech to file my nails, sort of massage my feet and paint my nails. I truly felt like I only got a $30 color change. While the place is very relaxing I feel that unless coming to VIP for their Spa service is not worth coming for a simple pedicure.
