I used to always go here but now there getting new workers every time I go, I went yesterday and she messed up my eyebrows, I’ve never seen her there before she didn’t even look like she knew what she was doing. She cut a lot of hair off on my left eyebrow that didn’t need to be cut! She did my eyebrows so uneven. One if thiner than the other, and on my left eyebrow she cut a chunk that wasn’t supposed to be cut and now the middle of my eyebrows have a lot of space which I never really had! Never had a complaint but can’t always have new people!!

I love this place! Their locations are all convenient to get to and their prices are super reasonable. The best part is their monthly membership, very affordable at only $15. It allows for your visits to be a quick in an out, without the fuss of a long wait. Perfect for when you are short on time. Quick tip: when paying with a credit card make sure to tell them to add tip to your total. They do don't have a place to add tip after they process your card.

Waxing service is terrible. Results were terrible.They more than doubled the advertised price also. I will not return

The henna designer does not know what she is doing and the designs she did are ugly. She did my sisters and I's henna for $90. I recommend you don't go there for henna whatsoever. The only good thing I can say is that the workers were nice but the henna designer isn't good. Find another place if your on here reading this review.

Love this place. They take their time to make sure your eyebrows come out right. Any adjustments to their work and they're happy to fix it.
