Every experience I have had with Christin at Essential Kneads has been beyond exceptional. The ambiance alone is therapeutic and will immediately relax you. Christin is very knowledgeable of the anatomy of muscle and has a healing touch which caused me to drift in and out of consciousness. I went there with muscle soreness in addition to the stress of a hectic day and left like a new man. My experience here was like hitting the reset button.

Love this place. Great relaxing atmosphere. Ask for christen. She's the best. She'll take all your soreness away.

They always take good care of me at Essential Kneads, I go there with really tight knots in my back from training BJJ  they get me loose and moving again every time!
