Doggie Styles Pet Spa

I have been taking my dog here for over a year, she has come back fine until this this week. I sent her in for a flea bath and a regular groom, my dog didn't open her eyes for 24 hours and was very lathargic. When my husband picked her up they said they may have gotten a piece of hair in her eye and it should be ok. He didn't think anything of it. In the morning my dog wasn't barking and clearly in a lot of pain. I rushed her to the vet. Turns out she was in horrible shape, whatever they used got In her eyes and formed corneal ulcers and she scratched so bad her eyes were scratched 80%. She is on 4 antibiotics oral and topical. When I called to say I was taking her to the vet the only response was keep us updated. My husband called after the vet and still said they would tell the owner but again no call back from him. How can they be so careless and not inform me and hurt an animal that bad???? Do not send your animals here, not very sympathetic and doesn't seem to care what happened to my poor baby. I don't know how this could have happened, my dog could have lost her vision!

This man is an animal abuser. I arrived early to pick up my 7 month old Puppy and she got so excited! She was restless and excited to see me. She is always excited and happy to see me when I come home. When John saw her get excited, he pinned her to the wall, grabbed her neck, and choked her. When she didn't calm down, he wrapped his hands around her snout, aggressively forcing her mouth close, and banged her against the wall over and over again, screaming at her. She was whimpering. As this was happening I told him to stop and to let go of my dog. I jumped over the gate and grabbed her, he then went in my face yelling at me, telling me she needs to be disciplined and that "It's an animal, not a human" I was in tears. I couldn't believe that I brought my dog there. I felt so guilty I put my little pup through this. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE. This is animal abuse.

They didn't cut my aunt's dog nails well enough and she didn't brush her teeth.

I have a small dog half chihuahua and half jack russel they washed him bathed him cut his nails and charged me 45 dollars which is Crazy I have never paid that much money for him ever ,on top of that he was till wet and hair everywhere they didn't de shed him barely st all but charged me 45.00 never again will I ever bring my dog there nor do I recommend it my dog is still damp and smells of wet dog smh I'm so angry I wish inbad read these reviews before going there

I am shocked this business is still operating. I walked in with my puppy, hoping to find her a groomer and saw blood all over the floor. The stench was atrocious. I immediately turned around and have never gone back. Do. Not. Go. There.
