VIP Fitness

When I did my VIP challenge I was given $500 credit from Nate but when I went back to use it, they act like a thieves. Don't go with there sweet words. You sure loose the weight when u do the boot camp. But the fast as you loose it, comes back that fast too.

Great program, if you follow the instructions. I really enjoy the atmosphere during the workouts. I never once felt uncomfortable. Communication can be difficult, texting wise, but I also understand the amount of people they are servicing everyday. Just go into your location and speak to the staff. They are more than happy to assist you with any help you need. You're going there 5 days a week anyways. On a side note, there is talk of having to purchase their supplements and water only as part of their program. THIS IS NOT TRUE! They do highly recommend it, but it is in no way a requirement.

A great fitness center. This is one of now four locations that are mom and pop owned. They offer boot camp services, muscle toning, and specialize in a weight loss challenge. Great service and trainers. Jerry and Mike are the owners and are great to talk with and learn more.

This weight loss program gets 1 star from me because they failed to inform me that I would have to be on a 914 calorie diet, consisting of the same exact food for 6 consecutive weeks. Also, be aware that you will be expected to purchase one specific brand of protein powder, ironically, sold by this gym only, as well as spring water!! Very poor communication from the staff at VIP fitness. None of my concerns were ever addressed as they kept trying to push more of their products on me. I wanted to let you know what you're getting yourself into, since they failed to do that. If I could give VIP fitness zero stars, I would.

Reputation for helping people is superior and positive trainers are amazing. The program isn't for everyone, but if you are tired of being over weight and yoyo dieting and can't seem to get your body to work with you - Plug into this proven system for a lifestyle of health and fitness.
