Orangetheory Fitness - Rochester, MI

Every class is run by a certified trainer. Workouts from day to day and even class to class are different so your always challenging your body. The group setting is awesome because everyone helps to push each other. Your calorie burn and heart beat is tracked throughout class. It is an extremely challenging and rewarding place to work out. The staff is awesome and the owners are available. Highly recommend if your looking for a different kind of workout experience.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome (but not in a creepy way), and just a natural feeling that "I belonged". I was really impressed with every person that I interacted with (the front desk girl, the "owner" guy, and especially the instructor, Morgan. He was fantastic! He didn't focus too much on me in a way that I felt like the newbie in the room, yet he gave me enough coaching to ensure me that I wasn't lost. All around, a really great experience. I'll be signing up, for sure, for the sole purpose that the team made me feel welcome!

The staff is incredibly friendly and it makes me look forward to getting my sweat on! Orange Theory is the only gym I've been to so far that I've seen actual results! And the coaches are great and encouraging and they make class fun to be at!

I was visiting from California ,called OTF Rochester Hills they scheduled my classes for me right away. Front desk was very kind and helpful.Coach George introduced himself and welcomed me to the class. Overall amazing experience away from home OTF downtown Sunnyvale. Thank you -Minal

Great workout! Very motivating with a coach telling me what to do. Music was great. Always seemed to pick up just at the right times. One of the best classes I've ever done.
