Applied is amazing!! Words can't describe the dedication these people have to health and body fitness. I absolutely love my trainer Andy!!  I look forward to working out each week with him and the strength progress that I am achieving is awesome. They organize a weight routine for your level and ability that you can achieve and work with you on your goals. If you love working out, this place will take you to the next level. Give it a try!!

Applied fitness solutions is not like any gym I've ever gone to. The people who lead this place welcome you in like a family, commit to pushing you to be the best but always encouraging you to enjoy the journey. There is a healthy mindset here, every workout is extremely challenging yet the joy in this place makes it all worth it. The accountability they provide is what has kept me on track and their friendly support has created a very warm community that I'm honored to be a part of.

If you're thinking about working out or just trying to get healthy this is a good place to check out.  Knowledgeable and generally friendly staff.  No pressure here but a lot of assistance to reach your goals.  Costs aren't bad either.

AFS Rochester is the best!  The facility is great and everyone on the staff is committed to making sure each member gets the most out of their fitness program.  I truly look forward to the time I spend working out at AFS Rochester.

I have tried a lot of gyms around Michigan and this is one of the best! I love the personal aspect to this gym which I need for helping me achieve my health and fitness goals. I love the family community where I receive the guidance I need. Great place for working out
