Our mission at Rochester Performance Gym is to provide measurable results that will improve athletic performance by increasing strength, speed, and mobility in a programmed and safe environment. We aim to provide a positive mentorship to our athletes that will nurture growth not only in sport, but also in their everyday lives.

For how small it is, this gym certainty packs the value. The atmosphere itself, which money can't buy, is the best. Everyone is very friendly (including the owners) and always willing to help others. Ranked competitive powerlifters and other athletes workout here, so there is TON of free knowledge on safety and lifting. The equipment in here is all brand new and made for competitive-level sports training. Gone are the days of bent bars and not having enough weight. Squat with a good bar on a good rack, press on a nice wide bench, and deadlift on a solid, gripping platform. The owners went all in and got high dollar ohio bars. They also put some money into texas bars if you want to train a little different. There's been plenty of talk of there being even more equipment to increase the range of bodybuilding activities as well.

If your goal is powerlifting, olympic lifting, cross fit, agility training, or even just getting in shape, this is your place. They've even got personal trainers to tailor your training and experience if you need to know where to start. Very welcoming to athletic newcomers.

Simply an excellent place to train. Plenty of racks and platforms and lots of knowledgeable and friendly people.
