I own a VF8 eco on jun 18th 24 now 8500km on it i love my eco I don’t worry about the warning lights because it comes with 10 years or 200000km warranty including towing it’s nothing major enjoy your ride with vinfast
Respect to Abdul. Gave me a nice history in regards to Vinfast and I was able to secure a vehicle faster than with my Tesla order. I am curious and looking forward to see where Vinfast will be in a couple of years. But Abdul gave me the confidence to purchase a vehicle knowing that there is an unbeatable warranty included. Looking forward to pick up my vehicle next Thursday. It is smooth sailing with Vinfast. Ask for Abdul for A+ service and quick delivery.
Very pleasantly surprised by my experience here as Vinfast is new to the NA car market but their service is on point. My rep, Abdul, was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable, friendly without being pushy, and just an overall pleasure to deal with. Their showroom is impeccable. Very easy and positive experience.
Fist send all your vehicles to charge at the sources and hw 40 your demo guy rudly doesnt respect the queue, got stuck not being able to charge and your agent bold guy just mocks me, definitely not buying anything from vinfast as i was planning to purchase a second vehicle nor will suggest vinfast
I had a terrible experience with the VinFast charger. It didn’t connect via Wi-Fi as promised, and after confirming it was faulty with AUTEL support, I contacted VinFast for a replacement. Two months later, no response—no calls, no emails. Their lack of communication and support is unacceptable. I’m now requesting a refund and won’t recommend their products to anyone. Poor customer service and disrespect for customers.
