Wanted to share my experience as a “buyers beware”.nnI recently was shopping around for a used vehicle. Bill Corbisero was my salesman. They were trying to sell me a used Elantra.nnLong story short.n1. Right after I saw the car, yassin, the manager, tried to pressure me into buying the car right away in a passive aggressive manner telling me this car is a great deal, don’t even bother looking at other cars. He wanted me to sign on the spot, he was just really rude, shutting down my ever thought and not even bothering to listen to my doubts.nn2. I decided to take it for an inspection, which showed a couple things, 1. They put brand new cheap quality break pads on some rusty rotors in the front, the breaks were never cleaned, the back rotors were rusted, the bearings were in decent shape, but one of them was on the verge of needing to be replaced. The car was making more road noise at high speeds because of the bearings needing to be replaced. To add fuel to the fire, turns out, the trunk had been painted and replaced. Which was never told to us by the inspection.nnWow, they must do amazing inspections at Hyundai! Very honest inspection they have, because clearly everything was perfect with the car! Sarcasm* nn3. After these shenanigans these people put me through, I read the reviews. Every person who’s had to deal with the after service sales, service center, or the courtesy car are the only people who leave bad reviews.nnThey treat you well at the beginning when selling the car, but once something goes wrong with it, good luck!nn4. I then brought my concerns to the hyundai dealership to try and get my deposit back. When I got there, the assistant manager, forgot his name, tried to convince me once more that everything would be taken care of before I bought the car. Not true lol. nnWhere I got upset, is when he claimed that the people who buy cars from them, don’t leave any reviews unless something is bad.nnBut if you look at the google reviews, all the good reviews are only about the salesmen,nnEverything about the service center and after sales service are horrible reviews.nnClearly there is a problem, because no one is willing to acknowledge a problem with their own dealership.nnPlease do not lecture me on google reviews, when you’re the one who has bad reviews. I would much prefer if they were honest and maybe told me that they’re trying to improve.nnClearly this place has some problems, but it all starts with the managers, maybe some restructuring could be good for this dealership.nnAlso, bill corbisero, was a great salesmen, he was very nice with me and patient, I only have a problem with the managers.nnTo anyone who has read this far, don’t buy any cars from them, you might regret it!
