I recently took my car to the Honda Anjou dealership following a recall letter from Honda Canada about an A/C compressor issue. The dealership confirmed that my A/C wasn't working but refused to fix it for free, due a minor crack on bumper and a warning light on the dashboard for the collision mitigation braking system.nnInstead of resolving the issue under warranty, they quoted me an outrageous $1929.82 + tax for the evaporator and an additional $362.54 + tax to change the expansion valve. Furthermore, they charged me $179 + tax for an inspection and for the dashboard warning light, which I had already turned off using the car's button option, as clearly visible in the attached image.nnThis experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The dealership's approach to customer service is far from satisfactory, and their excessive charges are unacceptable. I will not be returning to Honda Anjou and strongly advise others to avoid it as well.
Quick and reliable sales person up until the sale. Unfortunately I received a brand new vehicle full of superficial scratches that I had to bring back to buff several times. Service dept Claude was great! Sales department was a nightmare. Never again at Gabriel.
