Excellent Service from Mr. George Tayar.nnWe recently purchased a car from him, and we had the pleasure of working with this professional person. BE AWARE. DO NOT SIGN ANY THING BEFORE ANY SERVICE DONE!!nnI went with an appointment I signed for inspection $124 after 4 hours waiting they returned my car and told to come tomorrow, I rejected. I told them if I go I’m not coming back. They told me still I have to pay or they will send the bill with my signature on it for collection!
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with this dealership. I found a Toyota Prius listed on Facebook Marketplace, and after contacting the seller, who claimed to be an employee of the dealership, I was encouraged to visit and place a deposit to secure the vehicle.nnI went out of my way, traveling for an hour to reach the dealership, and I promptly placed a deposit as per their instructions. However, my excitement quickly turned into frustration when, despite my deposit, the vehicle was sold to another customer who returned with a guarantor.nnThis situation was handled unprofessionally and left me feeling deceived and inconvenienced. It’s deeply disappointing to see such a lack of respect for potential customers and their time. I eventually did receive my deposit back, but the entire experience left a bitter taste.nnI would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this dealership to exercise caution and be prepared for a lack of professionalism and transparency in their dealings.
The experience of buying a car here was enjoyable. We’re quite happy with the car and The staff was efficient and the salesman Geroge was friendly and very informative without being at all pushy, explaining to us about the car that met our requirements.nnMany thanks,
