Such nice incredibly helpful wonderful people and family. I was getting fuel elsewhere who raised their price to $5.25 a gallon and almost out of fuel, Village Fuel rescued us on Thanksgiving day. I would rather do business with them than the big oil companies any day! Thank you for helping us to stay warm Village Oil!

Answered my questions, very polite. They do not sell kerosene though. Very disappointed in that. However I will call them in the future if I have any problems with my furnace. Honest and Trustworthy, I'd call them, and they're not even my oil company.

It's bin a pleasure working with village oil. Everyone office help to the men in the field very polite and professional. The work done professional on time and neatly. I will continue to use them.

Don't waste your time here. They tell you one thing and another. Also they don't give your all the information regarding this and that. They talk down to you and have a nasty attitude. Go elsewhere.

Very poor communication and service. There are other oil companies in the area so explore your options! Service associates are impatient and inarticulate. They lost my payment and sprung different charges on us without explaining how the deliveries would be broken up. There were just more and more deliveries. The sales person kept saying they’re trying to save us money. It’s sneaky. 3 separate charges for 3 separate deliveries that were not explained and scheduled ahead of time. Totaling $550 when original estimate was around $400. The delivery guys are also not properly communicated with. I was told that delivery people didn’t need to make contact and 2 of them came to straight to my door asking for payment. Don’t go here!

These folks are always available. They always answer the phone. Service is speedy, polite, respectful, and of the highest quality.

I have only been a customer for about a year. Recently, Our oil furnace broke down late on a SATURDAY night. We called Village Oil and they had someone there to work on the furnace in a couple of hours. The next day, a Sunday, another service rep came to the house and made sure the job was completed, and the furnace was safe to operate. Being that I am disabled and had no where else to go and stay, The people from Village Oil were a Godsend. Thank you so much. You really saved the day for me and my wife.

Kind, compassionate service! I just wanted to say, “Thank You”. During these difficult times Village Oil did not hesitate to waive their minimum gallon delivery even to a “new” customer! Thank you Village Oil and Sharon. You now have a new customer!

Don't ever deal with this company. IF you travel for work and make a mistake and your tank runs out. 5+days. No empathy . Well you should order at 1/4 gallon.... Their emergency service is them bringing a fuel tank out 10 gallon fuel tank out because the truck was not running . Horrible Service Horrible people Horrible Business ethics. Don't mail you a bill. Can't pay a bill if it isn't mailed asked them to do that too.

Village Oil has been amazing! The customer service is excellent. They are always there when you need help at the worst times. I wish every company operated like this. Great job Village Oil!
