We made an appointment in March 2017 to have a toilet repaired. No one showed up or called. After calling them, Garzone's technician came one week later (mar 27) and put in a new filler valve. My condo was being rented for ski season. My tenants left April 15th. Upon cleaning my condo in early Nov to get ready for new ski season, my cleaning lady tells me that two toilets out of 3 are not working (one of which was the one that was repaired in March just before my tenants left). I called Garzone to see if they would guarantee their work. The condo had been vacant since 4/15. I also asked them to fix the 2nd toilet not working. Garzone did not guarantee their work! They told me that someone had put chemicals in the toilet with the brand new filler valve and it ate the plastic!! They also charged me for a repair of the 3rd toilet that I did not ask for. They tell me it was "broken" when my cleaning lady was there the week before and it was working fine! I do not believe them. I feel they are making up a story to cover up for the not properly fixing this toilet the first time. I will pay their bill but never use them again! I do not trust them!

Overpriced. Arrives without parts. Charges hourly rate to go get part. And the pipes still leak.
