6/3/2022 A recent update since I first left the review, Bill's came out to do a sewer repair for me. Pete, Jose, and Steve were absolutely amazing. They were so kind to me and took the time to explain the work and what was to be done throughout the course of the day. Pete is pretty much the reason I went with Bill's on this job anyways. When I first spoke with him about the estimate, he was incredibly helpful and generous with his knowledge. He only got better from there taking the time to make sure our house was cared for. I am so grateful for him and the team. 6/1/2022 I had a high stress emergency situation where water was coming from the ceiling. My husband was out of town and I had a 6 month old and dog to keep occupied. I called Bill's and within 30 minutes, someone was at the house. I just wanted to give Kurt a warm thank you. He made a highly stressful situation manageable. He was calm, fair, communicated well and I am so grateful it was him that was sent to the house. Thank you so much Kurt, for being so kind and willing to help out.
