Lady Rooter

Day before holiday, came within an hour, answered all my questions unplugged my toilet, then left. Excellent service!

Unless you have nowhere else to turn, only then would I recommend Lady Rooter. I called them to free up a clogged floor drain. First off, it took three attempts to call and one email before I got a response. When they did come out, they brought the expensive piece of machinery instead of the lesser expensive, which they get you for a higher rate per hour. After a few unsuccessful attempts to clear the drain, they claimed that there was nothing more they could do, packed up and left, but not after handing me a bill for almost $640 and expecting payment on the spot. I tried to reach out to the owner, which took another four attempts, to see if the bill could be adjusted somewhat considering that they did not achieve what I hired them to do. I basically got a flat-out NO with the response that they used a $50,000 machine and she has to pay for it her exact words. I have no problem paying for a service but when that service is not completed, I do expect some adjustment.

I had a really good experience with Lady Rooter. They offered me same day service and promptly showed up and diagnosed our problem. When the technician realize it was just simply that a breaker had been shut off for our pump, they quickly resolve our problem and the owner didn't even charge us. It's pretty rare that a plumbing contractor doesn't try and overcharge you whenever possible... let alone not charge you at all. Thank you lady Rooter
