Safeway Downtown Kelowna

The bakers here are incredibly talented. Gave them loose criteria on a girly birthday cake and they did an absolutely amazing job. I think the girl who decorated it was named Maddy. Adorable piped ribbons and hearts. Made my birthday extra special! Thank you!

I visited for the first time to grab a sandwich, and I was fortunate enough to have Karen help me. Her service was absolutely outstanding! She truly went above and beyond, demonstrating a level of care and pride in her work that is rare to find these days. Karen clearly loves what she does, and it shows in every detail of her interaction. She absolutely deserves recognition! I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her incredible service.

Karen in the sandwich department is amazing. I have been helped by her a number of times!nnTonight Michelle on the cash register was SO lovely and helpful and made me want to come back to this Safeway more often. She is great please tell her she’s doing a great job!!!!

Bought an expensive cereal from her only to find out when opening it it wasn't factory sealed. The staff were going to let me exchange it even though I didn't have a receipt because we'll its an unsealed product! And I'm exchanging it not trying keep both! The Manager then comes out and says i need a receipt so I have made a trip there for no reason now. This happened tonight so hopefully someone can look into this and punish that stupid manager.

I was standing in line on October 3 at 8:45pm the checkout and cashier at till #6 was asked a question from cashier at #4. He instantly reached for the price manual and instantly replied to the question. The whole incident took less than 30 seconds.nThe gentleman at cash out #6 was very prompt and professional and I would like to give him a 5 star rating.nKeep up the good work
