Villa Rosa Ristorante

Consistently excellent food, wine and service. A simple statement, but very few places can actually do it. The ambience at Villa Rosa is quiet and understated, which sets the tone for everything else: menu of tempting classics and creations, the star wines of the Okanagan unpretentiously gathered together, relaxed yet deceptively precise service. Before you know it, you've been there a couple of hours and you are VERY happy.

Visited Saturday Jan 27th. Our server was very good but not super impressed with the food quality. Osso bucco was over cooked when reheated to the point that it was dry and actually borderline burned on one corner.. was really suprised. Was not charged for that meal. Pasta dishes were nothing special in flavour or presentation. Rather generic actually. Two of the bottles of wine requested off the wine list were not available. Everyone at our table thought it was all too basic for what we paid. I would expect a MUCH higher end meal for the prices charged.

Service was excellent and server most accommodating. I had the Linguine Al Granchio (crab and shrimp with cream sauce). Best pasta dish I've had in years. We had a table of 10 adults plus 4 kids and all felt the same way. Excellent job folks. Will be back next yr.

The applies were AWESOME.The main courses were even better.Very attentive staff.Very pleasant experience again.
